Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: November 27, 2012 Item No: 4 <br />Item Description: Communication Items <br />Projects update- <br />• Josephine Woods— The public improvements are all complete. <br />• Josephine Lift Station— This project is substantially complete. There are a couple <br />of punch list items to be completed yet. <br />• Fairview Pathway, Phase 2 — This project is nearing completion as well. Transit <br />for Livable Communities held a ribbon cutting event on November 1, 2012. <br />There are some traffic control items to be finished yet as the materials arrive. <br />• Skillman Drainage improvements - Complete <br />• Waterman lining project - the bids for this project were opened on October 10. <br />Staff is continuing evaluating the bids and references. If awarded, work is <br />anticipated to be completed Spring 2013. <br />• Staff is working on the following projects: <br />• County Road D Reconstruction feasibility study <br />• 2013 Pavement Management Mill and Overlay Project <br />• County Road B -2 Pathway Construction <br />• 2013 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project, we just received notice that we will be <br />eligible for a minimum of $408,000 in Met Council grant funds for this <br />project. The grant should cover approximately 3 miles of 8 inch sanitary <br />sewer lining! <br />• Maintenance Activity <br />• Leaf Program is complete with approximately 900 participants. Down 200 from <br />last year. <br />• Winter maintenance preparation is underway <br />Attachments: <br />A. County Road D feasibility report neighborhood meeting notice <br />B. Preliminary staff Council Action with 2013 utility rate recommendations <br />
