The Roseville City Code, Title 3, S ection 314.053 (Build ing Permit and Plan 11 <br />Review Fees) is hereby amended as follows: 12 <br />Item/Permit 2012 Amount 2013 Amount <br />City Consultant and/or City Attorney Review/Research <br />- Comm./Industrial/Multi-family land use, subdivision, <br />economic development, utility, building permit review, <br />traffic, or development or redevelopment projects or <br />proposals payable as escrow or at building permit <br /> <br />100% of direct cost billed to <br />applicant <br /> <br />100% of direct cost <br />billed to applicant <br />Planned Unit Development – Escrow <br />(Amendment)**** <br /> <br />2,000 minimum <br /> <br />$2,000 minimum <br />Conditional Use Escrow – Commercial**** 1,000 minimum 1,000 minimum <br />Subdivision – Escrow**** 1,500 minimum 2,500 minimum <br />Minor Subdivision – Escrow**** 1500 minimum 500 minimum <br />**** The amount listed under the PUD, CU, and Subdivision Escrow is the minimum amount required for the 13 <br />application. A higher amount, as determined by the City, may be required for projects that will take a 14 <br />significant amount of time. City Attorney costs shall be paid as part of this escrow. 15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 <br />S ECTION 3. Effective Date.
