<br />Project P -ST -SW -W -13 -02 Feasibility Report <br />County Road D Reconstruction <br />14 <br />C. Private Utilities <br />This is a mature neighborhood that has the majority of the utilities located on overhead power <br />poles. A summary of the existing private utilities: <br />• Xcel Gas: The ga s main along County Road D is in the north bo ulevard of the street. The <br />properties on the south side of the street are served by long side services. <br />• Xcel Power: The County Road D corridor is served by overhead power <br />• Comcast: Has both underground and over head lines in this corridor. <br />• Qwest: Has both underground and overhead lines in this corridor. D. Other Considerations <br />The following properties, structures or landscape features are unique to this project and deserve <br />special consideration: <br />1. Emmet D. Will iams Elementary School <br />It i s important that the project recognize the needs of the school during the construction <br />project. School gets out June 10, 2013 and resumes on September 3, 2013. There is summer <br />school planned for the month of July. <br />2. City of Rosevi lle Watermain <br />The City watermain along this corridor has had 9 breaks since 1991, with 5 of those breaks <br />occurring in the last 3 years. <br />3. City of Roseville Sanitary Sewer <br />The City sanitary sewer along this corridor has been televised. <br /> E. Driveways <br />As a part of plan preparation, staff review ed the size, location and material of all existing <br />driveways in an effort to bring them into conformance with City Code at the time of <br />reconstruction. All of the driveways on this project m eet Roseville City Code . <br />There ar e a number of driveways along the south side of the road that have grades greater than <br />5%. Additional review of the grades will be needed to match in to the new road. F. Permits <br />Permits will be required from the following agencies for the proposed project: <br />Agency Required Permit <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) NPDES Erosion & Storm water <br />Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) Storm water <br />Ramsey County Right -of -way Permit
