<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 27th day of April, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Wall; and <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9541 <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR <br />PRESBYTERIAN HOMES HOUSING AND ASSISTED LIVING, INC. <br />REQUEST FOR AN AMENDMENT TO A <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AT <br />2965 LINCOLN DRIVE (EAGLECREST) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Presbyterian Homes Housing and Assisted Living, Inc. have requested <br />an amendment to a Planned Unit Development (EagleCrest), to allow for the increase in <br />square footage of the building proposed for the northwest corner from 26,500 square feet <br />to 32,900 square feet to allow for the construction of are-designed 36-unit dementia facility <br />(PF2995); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this <br />request on April 8, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council found that extending the review period should be <br />extended to allow time for the City Attorney, Finance Director, and other staff to complete <br />a review and update of the College Properties Development Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Presbyterian <br />Homes Housing and Assisted Living, Inc. request for an amendment to a planned unit <br />development at 2965 Lincoln Drive, be extended for 60 days, from May 8, 1998. to June <br />8. 1998. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council member Wiski and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Wall; and the following voted against the same: None. <br />
