<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 27th day of April, 1998, <br />at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall; and <br />the following members were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9543 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT <br />(DOCUMENT NO. 527656) <br />AND ACCEPTING A REPLACEMENT EASEMENT ON PROPERTY <br />NORTH OF 2375 TERMINAL ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the Planning Commission held <br />a public hearing on April 8, 1998, to determine whether or not a portion of said sanitary <br />sewer easement, in the City of Roseville should be vacated and a replacement easement <br />on said property should be accepted; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it <br />would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said sanitary sewer <br />easement and accept a replacement easement on said property; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, hereby vacates a sanitary sewer easement on property north of 2375 Terminal <br />Road (Tract B, RLS No. 283), recorded as Document 527656; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />hereby accepts a new sewer and water easement on property north of 2375 Terminal Road <br />(Tract B, RLS No. 283), as legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Goedeke, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, <br />Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall; and the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Resolution 9543 - Page 1 of 2 <br />
