Call to Order <br />1 <br />Vice Chair Gisselquist called to order the regular meeting of the Planning Commission meeting at <br />2 <br />approximately 6:30 p.m. and reviewed the role and purpose of the Planning Commission. <br />3 <br />2. PLANNING FILE 12-018 <br />35 <br />Request by Semper Development, in conjunction with property owner, HarMar, <br />36 <br />Inc., for approval of a drive-through facility as a conditional use at 2700 Lincoln <br />37 <br />Drive <br />38 <br />Vice Chair Gisselquist opened the Public Hearing for Planning File 12-018 at <br />39 <br />approximately 6:35 p.m. <br />40 <br />Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd briefly reviewed the request for the property at 2700 <br />41 <br />Lincoln Drive for a drive-through facility as a CONDITIONAL USE for a proposed retail <br />42 <br />store and pharmacy (Walgreen’s), both permitted uses in the Community Business (CB) <br />43 <br /> <br />
