<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, May 26, 1998, at 6:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, Wall, and the following were <br />absent: Maschka <br /> <br />Councilmember Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9550 <br /> <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND MAINTENANCE FOR UTILITY AND STREET CURB AND <br />GUTTER OW ASSO HILLS ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, Independent School District 623 contracted to have the utilities <br />and street curb and gutter constructed to serve the platted streets lying within Owasso Hills Addition; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Independent School District 623 is requesting the City of Roseville accept ownership <br />and maintenance responsibility of those utilities and street curb and gutter; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for <br />the final acceptance and accept a one-year warranty for any work covering the replacement or repair <br />of defective items commencing on May 26, 1998, and expiring on May 26, 1999. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Mastel, Wiski, <br />Goedeke, and Wall and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br />
