<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the <br />22nd day of June, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Wall <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9552 <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR <br />LOIS NYMAN REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE AT <br />1720 CHA TSWORTH STREET NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lois Nyman has requested a variance to reduce the side yard setback <br />to two feet for the purpose of constructing an eight-foot addition to an attached single car <br />garage at 1720 Chatsworth Street North; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this <br />request on May 27, 1998, and made a recommendation regarding the request; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, several issues were raised at the Planning Commission meeting, <br />including the need to accurately establish the north property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that the City Council continue action on the <br />request until June 22, 1998, in order to have the north property line surveyed prior to the <br />City Council taking action on the request; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Lois Nyman <br />for a variance at 1720 Chatsworth Street North be extended for up to 60 days, from June <br />15. 1998 to August 14. 1998 to provide the applicant with time to have the north property <br />line surveyed and verify the setback required for the proposed garage addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Wall <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Resolution 9552 - Page 1 of 2 <br />
