<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 6th day of June at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka and Wall <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9553 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO THE ROSEVILLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVISING THE TEXT <br />OF THE EXISTING PLAN ADOPTED IN 1979 AS AMENDED IN 1994 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has adopted the recommendations and <br />revisions to the Comprehensive Guide Plan, after a public hearing held on May 27, 1998; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville City Council has approved and adopted the 1994 <br />City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan, and revisions thereto, subject to review and <br />comments of the plan by the Metropolitan Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has adopted an amendment to the City of <br />Roseville Comprehensive Plan to include the findings and recommendations of the James <br />Addition Task Force Report recommendations 1 and 3 through 9; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville City Council <br />hereby establishes a "Residential Master Plan" Section within the Plan and approves and <br />adopts the James Addition Task Force Report Recommendations 1 and 3 through 9, as <br />amendments to the City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan, subject to review and <br />comment of the plan by the Metropolitan Council; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager and/or Community <br />Development Director are hereby directed to submit the Plan to the Metropolitan Council <br />for review and comment. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was seconded by Member <br />Wiski and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka and Wall <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Resolution 9553 - Page 1 of 2 <br />
