6. Ramsey County will coordinate or perform environmental assessments as needed to establish, <br />identify or analyze risk and to make debris management decisions. <br />7. Ramsey County may utilize its existing contract services for removal of tree and shrub waste <br />from County yard waste sites at other locations in the event that an emergency warrants <br />creation of additional marshalling yards for the debris. <br />8.
