StafF has recommended Council impose the presumptive penalty of a$1060.00 fine and zero (0) day liquor license suspension. A representative of your establishment may appear at the time of the council dlscussion to offer any information that you deem relevant as,to whether the Council should deviafe from the presumptive penafties set forth in the Roseville City Code. If you fail to appear at this meeting, the City Council will act without any input fram your establishment. Sumrrtary of Violation: March 26, 2012: All businesses with a iiquor license in the City of Roseville were mailed a Eetter from the Roseville Police Department announcing two afcohol compliance checks woufd be conducted before the end of the year. August 31, 2012: A Love from Nlinnesota employee sold an underage compliance. buyer a six pack of 8ud Light Beer. The Love from Minnesota employee seller looked at the compliance checker's drivers license and sold her a six pack of beer. The employee server was administratively cited for the viofation. September 5, 2012: The Love from Minnesota seller/violator pays a$250.00 administrati�e fine Yo the City of RoseviEle for violating city code. September 6, 2012: Love from Minnesota provides server training documentation showing the offending seller and all employees authorized to sell alcohol are current with their alcohol employee ser�er training. Rose�ille City Council will consider staff recommendation specific to this violation aY its regular meeting stheduled for Mondav. October 22. 2012� Council discussion of this violatian will occur during the "8usiness Actions" segment of the meeting.
