(Employee was later ID via MN photo Drivers license Jakob John Moren dob per XXXXX, Moren did not ask for any ID and sold one can of beer to him for $3.00. XXXXX paid for the beer with a five dollar bilL I walked back in to the club house Identified myself as a Roseville police officer and advised Moren that he just sold alcohol to an 18 year old. I asked Moren if he asked for ID Moren stated "No". I had Moren call his manager up to the front desk which I told him that his employee has sold beer to a minar. Manager on duty was Sean Harkin McDonagh dob Via MN photo ID. I cited Moren with a administrative citation # 22119. Anfang said she is Jakob Moren's mother and was calling on her son's behalf. Anfang said her son acknowledges he sold alcohol to a minor while employed at Cedarholm Golf Course on Thursday, August 30, 2012 and requested additional time to pay the $250.00 administrative fine for the violation. I advised Anfang her son had until Friday, September 28th to pay the administrative fine. Anfang thanked me for the additional time and assured me her son would make payment in full on or before the September 28th due date. Report is for informational purposes. Both McDonagh and Maxey oversee the daily operations of the city owned municipal golf course. When questioned about the staff s alcohol server training records, Maxey said she is unable to produce any formal alcohol server training documents.
