Interest on the amount of any deficiency not paid within said 30 day <br />period shall thereafter accrue at a rate of 6% per annum. <br />5. No interest shall accrue to the Applicant, or be payable by the City, on the Escrow <br />Amount. <br />6. The Applicant agrees to pay the City for any reasonable attorney's fees and court costs <br />incurred by the City in the enforcement of this Agreement. <br />7. The City shall provide the Applicant an accounting of the balance remaining and amounts <br />drawn from the Escrow Amount upon written request of the Applicant, provided such <br />requests shall not be made more frequently than on a monthly basis. <br />8. The City shall not be responsible to the Applicant for the quality or content of the <br />Consultant's Work. <br />9.
