1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />33 <br />34 <br />35 <br />36 <br />Exhibit B <br />The City Consul�ant shall perform the following Environmental Site Assessment <br />Documentation Review and Plan & Speciiications Review work: <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT DOCUMENTATION REVIEW <br />• Review of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment documentation to ensure the minimum <br />standards of the ASTM 1527-OS are met. <br />• Review the Phase II Environmental Site Assessment and associated work plan(s) along <br />with associated correspondence with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) to <br />ensure the site investigation includes consideration and protection of the City's rights and <br />interests. <br />• Review Response Action Plan and/or Development Response Action Plan and associated <br />correspondence with the MPCA to ensure any remediation proposed in public rights-of- <br />way is sufiicient to protect the City's interests. <br />PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS REVIEW <br />• Review of standard City documents and details (such as technical specs and standard <br />plates) included in construction documents for compatibility with proposed <br />improvements. <br />• Review of roadway and turn lane geometrics and grades against applicable Ramsey <br />County, Mn/DOT and ADA standards. <br />• Review of storm water management and erosion/sediment control plans against MPCA <br />standards. <br />• Review of submitted storm water calculations. <br />• Review of proposed pavement sections (including reinforcement) against available <br />project soils information and concrete pavement design guidelines. <br />• Research for possible public and private utility conflicts. <br />• Review of recommended concrete and bituminous mix designations. <br />• Review of landscaping plans and details. <br />• Review of project bid item quantities. <br />• Research for possible discrepancies between plan details and specification requirements. <br />• Preparation of review memo and redlines for implementation by Wal-Mart's engineer. <br />The City staff shall perform all reviews, prepare all documentation and perform all other <br />work necessary to prepare for and to solicit, receive and open bids for the Twin Lakes 2"a <br />Addition Public Improvement Project. <br />� <br />
