AIl acquisition activitics wiIl comply wilh the Unifonm Relocation and <br />Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amendee�, as well as all state and federal <br />guidelines. SRF has becn recognized for its accurate and efficient record keeping by the <br />MnDOT State Aid personnel on several federally-funded projects. <br />Thc Right of Way specialists at SRF will work closely with thc roadway design team to ensure <br />that we have accurate project background and a clear undcrstanding of design issues. The SRF <br />team includes right of way professionals who havc a wide variely of experience in highway, <br />municipal, utility, relocation and community redeveloprnent projects. For the Twin Lakes <br />Easement Project , the Righi of Way tcam will be led by Ken Helvey, Principal, who has ovcr <br />18 years of experience in thc right of way profession. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />We have carefully rcvicwcd the project corridor. Based on this information, we have dcvcloped <br />a comprehensive scope of work for !he necessary right of way platting and right of way <br />acquisition activities.
