��� <br />�� <br />January 28, 2013 <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />RE: PROJECT SS-W-13-10, 3040 Hamline Utility Construction <br />Dear Mayor and City Council Members: <br />At the council meeting of November 19, 2012, the Roseville City Council ordered the <br />preparation of a Feasibility Report for the Construction of Public Improvements at 3040 <br />Hamline Avenue. <br />As a part of the report preparation, Public Works staff inspected the various City utilities within the <br />project limits and the recommended improvements are presented. <br />The total estimated project cost is $77,985.14 which includes contingencies and overhead costs. <br />In accordance with the City Council request, this study has been completed.
