INTRODUCTION <br />On November 19, 2012, the Roseville City Council ordered the preparation of a Feasibility <br />Report for the Construction of Public Improvements at 3040 Hamline Avenue. This report <br />details that investigation. <br />The proposed project involves: extension of public sanitary sewer and watermain to serve the <br />residential lots, reconstruction of existing sanitary and water services to 3040 Hamline Avenue. <br />It is expected that if this improvement is approved, the work will be completed in 2013 and <br />should take about 3 weeks to complete. The project was initiated by petition; as outlined by <br />state law, projects initiated by petition require a simple majority vote by the City Council for <br />approval. <br />CONCLUSIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS <br />A. All portions of the project proposed are feasible. <br />B. Construct the project in 2013 <br />B. Construct 270 feet of watermain to serve the two new lots. <br />C. Construct 200 feet of sanitary sewer to serve the two new lots. <br />D.
