EXHIBIT A CITY OF ROSVILLE 2660 C1 VIC CENTER DRIVE ROSEVILLE, IvllNNESOT A 55113 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARlNG ON THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS UNDER ;VlfNNESOT A STATtJTES, SECTIONS 469.152· 469.165 NOTICE IS HEREBY GrVEN that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Mhmesota (the "City"), ,viJlmeet on August 10, ] 998, at 6:30 o'dock P,M., at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in Roseville, Iv1 mnesota, for the purpose of conductíng a public hearing on a proposal that the City of Minneapolis, Minnesota ("Minneapolis") issue revenue bonds (the "Revenue Bonds") on behalf of ChiJdren's Health Carc, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation doing business as Children's Hospitals and Clinics ("Children's"), in one or more series, under Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469. J 52 through 469.165, in order to fimmce the acquisition and installation by Children's of certain items of equipment in the Ülcilitics of Children '5 located at 2910 Centre Point Drive in the City. ChiJdren's Jeases the facilities in which the equipment financed with the proceeds of the Revenue Bonds will be installed and Children's will be the owner of such equipment. The maximum aggregate principal amount of the Revenue Bonds that will be issued to finance ¡lIe Project will not exceed $ J 0,500,000. The Revenue Bonds will not be issued by the City and no holder of the Revenue Bonds will ever have the right to compel any exercise of the taxing power of the Ciry to pay the principal or interest on the Revenue Bonds or to enforce payment against any pro!x~rty of the City. All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above, or may file written comments with the City Clerk prior to the date of the hearing set forth above.
