<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSVILLE <br />2660 C1 VIC CENTER DRIVE <br />ROSEVILLE, IvllNNESOT A 55113 <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARlNG ON <br />THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS <br />UNDER ;VlfNNESOT A STATtJTES, <br />SECTIONS 469.152· 469.165 <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GrVEN that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Mhmesota (the "City"), ,viJlmeet on August 10, ] 998, at 6:30 o'dock P,M., at the City Hall, <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, in Roseville, Iv1 mnesota, for the purpose of conductíng a public hearing <br />on a proposal that the City of Minneapolis, Minnesota ("Minneapolis") issue revenue bonds (the <br />"Revenue Bonds") on behalf of ChiJdren's Health Carc, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation doing <br />business as Children's Hospitals and Clinics ("Children's"), in one or more series, under <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469. J 52 through 469.165, in order to fimmce the acquisition and <br />installation by Children's of certain items of equipment in the Ülcilitics of Children '5 located at <br />2910 Centre Point Drive in the City. ChiJdren's Jeases the facilities in which the equipment <br />financed with the proceeds of the Revenue Bonds will be installed and Children's will be the <br />owner of such equipment. The maximum aggregate principal amount of the Revenue Bonds that <br />will be issued to finance ¡lIe Project will not exceed $ J 0,500,000.
