<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 27, 1998, at 6:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall and the <br />following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9565 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS <br />M-97-01, P-97-02-38, P-97-02-42, <br />P-97-02-43, P-97-03, P-97-11 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement M-97-01 <br />of the City of Roseville on all that property at 1075 Shryer for the removal of a diseased elm tree; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice and the contract price for <br />such improvements is $560.00, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvements amounts to $204.40, so that the total cost of the improvements will be $764.40 and <br />of this cost Roseville will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is <br />hereby declared to be $764.40 for 1075 Shryer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement <br />P-97-02-38 of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Cohansey Street, County Road <br />B-2 to Lovell Avenue; Southhill Drive, Lovell Avenue to Minnesota Street; Lovell Avenue, <br />Cohansey Street to Western Avenue; Top Hill Circle, Lovell Avenue to cul-de-sac for the <br />reconstruction of the streets by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, <br />watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement <br />P-97-02-42 of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting Hand Avenue, Minnesota Street <br />to cul-de-sac; Auerbach Avenue, Minnesota Street to cul-de-sac for the reconstruction of the <br />streets by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary <br />sewer, drainage, utilities, traffic calming items, and necessary appurtenances; and <br />
