1. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improvements affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. The City Manager may arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. 2. The City Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notifY the Council thereof for their further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall and the following voted against the same: None, Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
