EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, 1998, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wi ski, Wall and the following members were absent: None Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9570 RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS FOR ROSEVILLE CENTER SITE RENOVATION Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file at the office of G.A. Domino Construction Company, on behalf of the City of Roseville, said bids were received on Wednesday, July 22, 1998, at 11:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: BIDDER WORK AMOUNT Don Zappa And Sons Earthwork $47,619.00 Black Top Paving ofMN Paving $54,094.70 Summit Inc. Concrete Concrete $82,670.00 Scandy Concrete Inc. Concrete $90,300.00 WHEREAS, it appears that the following are the lowest responsible bidders for Earthwork, Don Zappa and Sons; Paving, Black Top Paving of Minnesota and Concrete, Summit Inc. Concrete. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contracts with Don Zappa and Sons for $47,619.00; Black Top Paving of Minnesota for $54,094.70 and Summit Inc. Concrete for $82,670.00 in the name ofthe City of Roseville for improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file at the office of G.A. Domino Construction Inc. acting on behalf of the City of Roseville.
