<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 10, 1998, at 6:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke and Wall and the <br />following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9572 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING CITY PROJECT UL-98-1 0 <br />ORNAMENT AL STREET LIGHTS, CENTRE POINTE DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition signed by 67% of the property owners located on Centre Pointe Drive, <br />between County Road D and County Road C-2 west of Cleveland Avenue for the installation of <br />ornamental street lights was received by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City ofRoseville adopted May 26, 1998 <br />ordering the preparation of a feasibility report on Project UL-98-1 0; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has completed a feasibility report for the installation of ornamental street lights <br />on Centre Pointe Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given for the public <br />improvement hearing; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the City <br />Council orders the proposed construction of Improvement UL-98-1 0 consisting of the installation <br />of ornamental street lights on Centre Pointe Drive at a total cost presently estimated at <br />$102,129.00 of which 100% is proposed to be assessed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Goedeke and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Wi ski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
