CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDINANCE NO.1433 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING <br /> A REVISED 2013 FEE <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> HEREBY ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1.Purpose,The City of <br /> Roseville annually adopts a Fee <br /> Schedule which establishes the fees <br /> and charges for service for the City's <br /> regulatory functions. The presence <br /> of a fee schedule allows regulatory- <br /> type fees to be easily identified in <br /> one document,as opposed to being <br /> scattered throughout City Code. In <br /> addition,a fee schedule adopted on <br /> an annual basis provides the City <br /> Council the opportunity to review <br /> fees for services in a comprehensive <br /> manner. <br /> SECTION 2. Other Fee <br /> References <br /> By enacting this ordinance, all fee <br /> amounts previously established and <br /> contained herein are hereby <br /> amended as submitted. <br /> SECTION 3.Authority <br /> The authority to enact the fees <br /> identified herein is established by <br /> City Code. <br /> SECTION 4.Penalty <br /> Failure to pay the fees identified <br /> herein is subject to penalties and <br /> interest as established by City Code. <br /> SECTION 5.Fee Schedule <br /> The revised 2013 Fee Schedule is <br /> as shown in Attachment A. <br /> SECTION 6.
