Motion passed unanimously. <br />Kudos to Police Department for Reco�nition from Karen Community: <br />Chair Grefenberg indicated that this item had been moved up on the agenda in order not to <br />inconvenience the Roseville Police Department. He � con�ratulated and reco nized the <br />Roseville Police Department �„a r°���-�;�°a +'�°m for their work with the Karen Community. <br />He appreciated the fact that the City's civil employees were s��=��g reaching out to a newl� <br />arrived minority community whose previous experience in their ori�inal homeland had not <br />endeared them to the nolice. <br />Roseville Police Lt. Scott Williams introduced himself to the group. <br />Chair Grefenberg then read a certificate commending the Roseville Police Department for the <br />work supporting the Karen Community. He said the Human Rights Commission appreciated the <br />work of Lt. Williams and the entire Police Department. <br />Approve Minutes <br />Commissioner Brisbois moved and Commissioner Singleton seconded a motion to approve the <br />November 28, 2012 meeting minutes as amended.
