<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of August 1998 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wi ski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall, and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9582 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DATES FOR THE TAX HEARINGS FOR <br />THE 1999 PROPOSED LEVY <br />FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville's dates for the public hearing on the 1999 tax levy of December 14, 1998 at <br />7:15, with a continuation hearing, if necessary scheduled for December 16, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. be <br />hereby accepted and approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goedeke, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, <br />Goedeke, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />State of Minnesota) <br />) SS <br />County of Ramsey) <br /> <br />I, undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 24th day of August, 1998, <br />with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 10th day of September, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
