<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re!:"tdar meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the fourteenth day of September, 1998, at <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall and the following were <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Council person Mastel introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9585 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1999 PMP NEIGHBORHOODS <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORTS ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />NEIGHBORHOODS 19,22,23 and 69 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street construction needs of various neighborhoods in the City and <br />has tentatively selected neighborhoods for inclusion in the 1999 Pavement Management Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville described below by one or more of <br />the following installations: bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, bituminous overlay, <br />and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.0 II to 429.111: <br /> <br />NEIGHBORHOOD NUMBERS AND DESCRIPTIONS <br /> <br />Neighborhood STREETS <br />19 Woodlynn Avenue, S.
