EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regul ar meeting of the City Council of the City 1 of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 25th of February, 2 2013, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. 3 4 The following members were present: and the following were absent: . 5 6 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 7 8 RESOLUTION No 9 10 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND 11 PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 12 UTILITY CONSTRUCTION AT 3040 HAMLINE AVENUE 13 14 WHEREAS, a resolution of the City C ouncil of Roseville adopted January 28, 2013, 15 received the feasibility re port and fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed 16 construction of Public Improvement s at 3040 Hamline Avenue, and; 17 18 WHEREAS, ten days mailed no tice and two weeks’ published notice of the hearing was 19 given, and the hearing was held thereon on February 25, 2013, at which all persons 20 desiring to be heard were given an op portunity to be heard thereon, and; 21 22 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 23 ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, as follows: 24 25 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the 26 feasibility report. 27 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution 28 adopted February 25, 2013. 29 3. The City engineer shall prepare plans a nd specifications for the making of such 30 improvement. 31 32 The motion for the adoption of the foregoi ng resolution was duly seconded by Member 33 and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: 34 ; and and the following voted against the same: . 35 36 WHEREUPON said resolution was d eclared duly passed and adopted. 37
