<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />meeting <br />Ramsey, <br />October <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br />State of Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of <br />, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, <br />Wiski, Mastel and Wall and the following members were <br />absen t : None. <br /> <br />Member <br />be adopted. <br /> <br />Wiski <br /> <br />moved that the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9591 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 9558 PERTAINING TO ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR THREE PARCELS OF LAND ASSESSED FOR ROSEVILLE IMP. NO. ST-96 -14. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Ci ty of Roseville" <br />Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Ci ty of Roseville constructed Improvement ST96 -14. <br />Assessments were levied against parcels of land owned by PIK and <br />Eugene Pikovsky and Delores Pikovsky pursuant to Minn. Stat. §429. <br />PIK and Pikovsky filed an appeal alleging the parcels were not <br />benefited in the amount of the assessments. <br />The Ci ty and Pikovsky settled the issues invol ved in the <br />appeal and entered into a Settlement Agreement. <br /> <br />2. The City of Roseville on June 8, 1998 passed Resolution <br />No. 9558 Amending the Assessments. Said Resolution contained a <br />typographical error regarding the interest rate to be assessed for <br />the amended and deferred assessments. This Resolution is now <br />passed to correct that error. <br /> <br />1 <br />
