<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Bonds to be Redeemed. All of the Bonds maturing <br />in the years 2005 to 2008, both inclusive, shall be redeemed and <br />prepaid on March 1, 1999 at par and accrued interest for each <br />such Bond called. <br /> <br />2. Notice of Call. The City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to give written notice of call at least <br />forty-five (45) days prior to March 1, 1999, the date for call, <br />to the paying agent (if other than an officer of the City) where <br />said Bonds are payable and therefor by first class mail mailed <br />not more than sixty (60) and not less than thirty (30) days prior <br />to the date for call to all registered holders of the Bonds. <br />Said notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br /> <br />986410.1 <br /> <br />2 <br />
