Attachment B EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING 1 OF THE 2 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 3 4 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 5 6 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City 7 of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 18 th day of March , 8 20 13 , at 6:00 p.m. 9 10 The following members were present: 11 12 and the following were absent: . 13 14 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 15 16 RESOLUTION No. ________ 17 18 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPURCHASE OF 180 -188 ELMER STREET 19 WEST BY COTTONWOOD HOLDINGS, LLC FROM RAMSEY COUNTY 20 21 WHEREAS, 180, 182, 184,186, and188 Elmer Street West, Roseville, Minnesota was 22 forfeited to the State of Minnesota and Ramsey County for failure to pay 23 taxes on August 1, 2012; and 24 25 WHEREAS, Cottonwood Holdings, LLC, the previous owners of the property has filed 26 an application with Ramsey County to repurchase the lots known as 180 -27 188 Elmer Street West; and 28 29 WHEREAS, Ramsey County Board Po licy No. 99 -507 requires that each repurchase 30 application be referred to the municipality in which the property is located 31 for a recommendation on whether the repurchase application should be 32 approved or denied.; and 33 34 WHEREAS, Policy 99 -507 requires that the municipality document whether the 35 property is considered a municipal problem based on documented police, 36 building code, illegal activity, or health violations in the past five years.; 37 and 38 39 WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has reviewed their records and found no documented 40 police calls, code enforcement issues, actions of illegal activity or health 41 violations within the past five years. 42 43 44
