<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-third day of November, 1998, at 6:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiksi and Wall and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9598 <br /> <br />FINAL PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE FOR LONG LAKE ROAD <br />PROJECT P-97-11, OPUS SITE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City, Central Landscaping, Inc. of <br />Forest Lake, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with Project <br />P-97-11- Long Lake Road, consisting of construction of Long Lake Road from Terminal Road <br />to 1-35W frontage road. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOT A, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved <br />with the conditions of a one-year maintenance bond to be provided by Central Landscaping, <br />Inc.; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Wall and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
