<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, November 23, 1998, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiksi and Wall and the following were <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9599 <br /> <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND MAINTENANCE FOR UTILITIES AS OUTLINED IN THE DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR GRANDVIEW TOWNHOMES PLAT 1 AND 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, Good Value Homes, Inc., contracted to have the utilities constructed to <br />serve the streets lying within Grandview Townhomes Plat 1 and 2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc. is requesting the City of Roseville accept ownership and maintenance <br />responsibility of five sanitary sewer manholes and one storm sewer manhole; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, that the work completed is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final <br />acceptance and accept a two-year warranty for any work covering the replacement or repair of defective <br />items commencing on November 23, 1998, and expiring on November 23, 2000. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Goedeke <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiksi <br />and Wall and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) S5 <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of said City held on the 23rd day of November, 1998, with the original thereof on me in my <br />office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of November, 1998. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Cit Manager <br />
