<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of November, 1998 at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Wall. <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 9604 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 1999 WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND <br />RECYCLING RATES <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, <br />the water, sewer, and storm drainage rates be established for 1999 in accordance to Schedule A at- <br />tached to this Resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Mastel <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Wiski and Wall. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
