I find <br />that this contract has been fully completed in all respects according to the plans, specifications, <br />and the contract. I therefore recommend that final payment be made from the improvement fund <br />to the contractors for the balance on the contract as follows: <br />Original Contract amount (based on estimated quantities) $457,160.35 <br />Final Contract Amount $523,670.20 <br />Actual amount due (based on actual quantities) $523,670.20 <br />Previous payments $307,314.79 <br />Balance Due $216,355.41 <br />The construction costs for this project have been funded as follows: <br />Sanitary Sewer Utility $419,852.11 <br />Metropolitan Council Environmental Services Municipal $103,818.09 <br />Inflow and Infiltration Grant <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and would like more information. <br />Sincerely, <br />Debra M.
