AttachmentA EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 1 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on 25thday of March, 2013, at 6:00 2 p.m. 3 4 The following members were present: ; and and the following members were absent: 5 . 6 7 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 8 9 RESOLUTION NO. 10 11 RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON 12 LARPENTEUR AVENUE FROM VICTORIA ST NORTH TO 1250’ EAST OF 13 VICTORIA ST NORTH 14 15 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: 16 WHEREAS, Larpenteur Avenue between Oxford Street and Rice Street is a County State Aid 17 Highway; 18 AND WHEREAS, such roadways are proposed to be reconstructed using County State Aid 19 Highway funds and the reconstruction of such roadways must conform to established County 20 State Aid Highway standards; 21 AND WHEREAS, County will be adding a right turn lane from Larpenteur Avenue eastbound to 22 Victoria Street South and a left turn lane from Larpenteur Avenue westbound to Victoria Street 23 South; 24 AND WHEREAS, these changes to the roadway will be accomplished by converting existing 25 parking lanes into turn lanes; 26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that 27 parking is hereby prohibited along the north side of Larpenteur Avenue from Victoria Street 28 North to 1250’ East of Victoria Street North; 29 The motion was duly seconded by Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following 30 voted in favor thereof: ; and and the following voted against: . 31 32 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 33
