Extrad of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 14th day of December, 1998, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall and the following were absent: None Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 9605 A Resolution Vacating a Drainage and Utility Easement Across Lots 1 and 4, Block 2, as Dedicated on the Plat of Gateway Business Park WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has initiated the vacation of a 30' drainage and utility easement across Lots 1 and 4, Block 2, Gateway Business Park; and WHEREAS, the City Council considered the request and made the following findings: 1. The water main located within this easement was relocated in 1997; therefore, the easement is no longer needed by the City. 2. The proposed vacation of this drainage and utility easement will not have an adverse impact on the general public health, safety and welfare, provided a replacement easement is provided in the location of the relocated water main. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby vacates the 30' drainage and utility easement across Lots 1 and 4, Block 2, Gateway Buisness Park, as shown on the plat attached hereto as Exhibit A. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall and the following voted against same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
