<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 14th day of December, 1998, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall and the <br />following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9606 <br />A Resolution Accepting Various Utility Easements <br />within Gateway Rusiness Park <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the development of property in Gateway Business Park has resulted in the <br />relocation of various utilities in Block 2, Gateway Business Park.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has initiated action _ to vacated those drainage and/or utility <br />easements which are no longer needed by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed replacement easements as attached hereto will accommodate <br />the relocated utilities. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, hereby accepts the attached utility easements as granted by Jainson Investments, LLC, <br />and authorizes the executionof the acceptance of said easements. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />hereby authorizes the execution of the Declaration of Easements for Gateway Business Park as <br />granted by the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Geodeke <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Maschka, and Wall and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Resolution 9606 - Page 1 of 2 <br />
