<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OFTHE <br />CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF ROSEVlllE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of December, <br />1998, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall, and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9607 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION <br />FOR CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED PARCEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Roseville has determined that the following described tax <br />forfeited land is required for street right-of-way purposes; and <br />La Belle's sub-division, outlot A, City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. PIN 09-29-23-43-0005-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Acquisition of the above referenced parcel would be consistent with the <br />City's Street Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are <br />authorized to make an application for conveyance of said tax forfeited <br />land for street right-of-way and be it further resolved that the City <br />Manager be authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution and <br />application for conveyance for said tax forfeited land in the office of the <br />Land Commissioner. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Goedeke, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Wall, and the following voted against the same: <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
