Official Terms of Bond Sale. <br />of said Bonds and the sale thereof are <br />"Official Terms of Bond Sale" attached <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />The terms and conditions <br />fully set forth in the <br />hereto as Exhibit Band <br /> <br />5. Official Statement. The City Manager, Assistant <br />Manager, Treasurer/Finance Director and other officers or <br />employees of the City are hereby authorized to participate in the <br />preparation of an official statement for the Bonds. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by member Maschka and, after full discussion <br />thereof and upon a vote being taken thereon, the iollowing voted <br />in favor thereof: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Wall and <br />the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />1004111.1 <br /> <br />2 <br />
