Approve Minutes of February 11,2013 Meeting <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, approval of the minutes of the February 11, <br /> 2013,meeting as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte; McGehee; Willmus; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 7. Approve Consent Agenda <br /> There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. At <br /> the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly reviewed those items being <br /> considered under the Consent Agenda. <br /> a. Approve Payments <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of the following claims and payments <br /> as presented. <br /> ACH Payments $735,308.40 <br /> 69066—69198 1,045,108.98 <br /> Total $1,780,417.38 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte; McGehee; Willmus; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte expressed appreciation to staff for the new formatting <br /> in organizing each report by fund as previously requested. <br /> Mayor Roe concurred with that recommendation, by City Manager Malinen. <br /> Mayor Roe echoed appreciation for the report reformatting, and if possible, <br /> sought that it include funds and accounts if at all possible. <br /> b.
