<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville. <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 14, 1998, at 6:30 o'clock p.rn. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski. Goedeke. Mastel, Maschka, Wall and the following were <br />absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9615 <br /> <br />SNELLING AVENUE/COUNTY ROAD B-2 <br />EAST RAMP SIGNAL LAYOUT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a preliminary layout for <br />the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 125 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 51 within the <br />corporate limits of the City of Roseville. at the Junction of West County Road B-2 and Trunk Highway 51; <br />and seeks the approval thereof, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on ftle in the Office of the Department of Transportation, Saint <br />Paul, Minnesota, being marked. labeled, and identified as Layout No.2 6216-113 (51=125) T.H. 51 vicinity of <br />Roseville at W. Co. Rd. B2 - (East Ramp Terminal) <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE. <br />MINNESOTA. that said preliminary layouts for the improvement of said Trunk Highway with the corporate <br />limits be and hereby are approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel and <br />upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski.
