<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of January, 1999 at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski and Wall. The <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9620 <br />RESOLUTION ON DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, that the <br />following banks be designated official depositories for the City ofRoseville for 1999. <br /> <br />~ First American <br />~ Firstar Bank of Roseville <br />~ Mid-American National Bank <br />~ North Star Bank <br />~ Norwest Bank <br />~ Premier Bank <br />~ Roseville Community Bank <br />~ S1. Anthony Park State Bank <br />~ TCF National Bank <br />~ US Bank <br />~ <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was du1y seconded by member Maschka, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Wiski and Wall, and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
