<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 25th day of]anuary, 1999, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Wall <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9623 <br />A Resolution Vacating a Water Main Easement <br />Across Lot 1, Block 2, as <br />Dedicated on the Plat of Gateway Business Park <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has initiated the vacation of a 35' water main easement <br />across Lot 1, Block 2, Gateway Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council considered the request and made the following findings: <br /> <br />1. The water main located within this easement was relocated in 1997; therefore, the <br />City no longer needs the easement. <br /> <br />2. It is appropriate to approve the vacation of a 35' water main easement across Lot <br />1, of Block 2, Gateway Business Park. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, hereby vacates the 35' water main easement across Lot 1, Block 2, Gateway Business <br />Park, as shown on the plat attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Mastel <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski and Wall <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Resolution 9623 - Page 1 of 3 <br />
