This section <br /> of the City's code permits <br /> construction activities to occur <br /> between the hours of seven o'clock <br /> (7:00) a.m. and ten o'clock (10:00) <br /> p.m. on any,weekday, or between <br /> the hours of nine o'clock(9:00)a.m. <br /> and nine o'clock(9:00) p.m.on any <br /> weekend or legal holidays. <br /> Visu-Sewer, Inc. is the contractor <br /> for the 2012-2013 Storm Sewer <br /> Lining Project,This project includes <br /> the lining of storm sewer main <br /> segments of large diameter. They <br /> are seeking a variance to complete <br /> portions of the storm sewer lining <br /> work between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 <br /> a.m.for up to four nights during the <br /> months of April and May,2013. <br /> Night work is proposed at the <br /> following locations: <br /> Intersection of County Road B and <br /> Dale Street; <br /> Intersection of County Road 8-2 <br /> and Hamlin Avenue; <br /> This work will require closure of <br /> traffic lanes at each location. The <br /> Contractor is asking for the variance <br /> so that the work can be completed <br /> according to specifications. <br /> Now to Participate or get the <br /> decision of the City Council: <br /> 1.
