Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 25th day of January, 1999, at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski and Wall and the following voted against the same: None Council Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 9625 Resolution Extending the Review Period for Prince of Peace Lutheran Church/Senior Housing Partners, LLC Request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and PUD 2555 and 2561 Victoria Street North WHEREAS, Prince of Peace Lutheran Church/Senior Housing Partners, LLC have requested an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation two parcels to High Density Residential and concept development plan approval for a mixed use planned unit development including the existing Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, a 56-unit three-story senior housing building, and an off-street parking area (PF3049); and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this request on December 9,1998, and, after said public hearing, continued action on the request until January 13, 1999, in order to provide the applicant with an opportunity to provide additional information on the visual impact of the proposal and provide staff with an opportunity to provide additional information on potential similar situations within the community; and WHEREAS, on January 13,1999, the Planning Commission voted (4-2) to recommend an amendment to the comprehensive plan and PUD concept - only - approval of the proposal with conditions. Prince of Peace Luther Church has requested additional time to work on the building's design details and improvements to the site and landscape plans along with more engineering, utility and ponding details. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church/Senior Housing Partners, LLC, for an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation of two parcels to High Density Residential and concept development plan approval for a mixed use planned unit development, was previously extended Resolution 9625 - Page 1 of 2
