Mr. Grefenber bg riefly reviewed the HRC's achievements <br />191 during the past year, notin� that the Commissioners had received an evaluation, entitled Current <br />192 Status Review, in their meeting_packet. <br />193 <br />194 Consideration of 2013-2014 Strategic Plan: Chair Grefenberg s�a� �R referred the <br />195 Commission's attention to a warksheet in their packet entitled Human Rights Commission �- <br />196 �4 Strategic Plan 2013-2014, and provided «��*'� *'�° �'^�m�°°�^� �r some additional detail. <br />197 He commented he tried to simplify the information and then requested comments or questions <br />198 from the m°m'�°r� Nr°�°r+ Commissioners. <br />199 <br />200 <br />201 <br />202 <br />203 <br />204 <br />205 <br />206 <br />207 <br />Vice Chair Brisbois thanked Chair Grefenberg for creating the Worksheet. <br />� Grefenber� recommended i�Rosenberg Rules of Order be followed at all meetings, as this <br />would � be consistent with the City Council. <br />Commissioner poneen questioned how the Action Steps column should be understood. Chair <br />Grefenberg stated these were items to be addressed or worked on going into the future. <br />208 Chair Grefenberg indicated the HRC would have two youth commissioner openings this summer <br />209 and would need to seek replacement candidates. Ms. Curti recommended the position be <br />210 advertised prior to the end of the school year to assure the new youth members could be <br />211 appointed befare October. <br />212 <br />213 C��Mr. Grefenberg noted the Listserv was �� updated after he finallv provided staff with <br />214 the sign in sheets from last fall's various events. He encouraged the HRC to continue seeking <br />215 contact info from residents interested in receiving information and updates from the Human <br />2l6 Rights Commission. <br />217 <br />218 Chair Grefenberg �*�*°�' �rr��* �^m said the City Council had encouraged the HRC to be further <br />219 involved with ethnic minority groups. He explained the RoseFest �'°'°�Parade-in June <br />22o may be a great opportunity for such involvement.
