REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Date:4-16-13 <br />Item No: 6 b. <br />DirectorApproval:Agenda Section: <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description:Approval oftransfer ofstaff servicefees for January, <br />February,and March 2013(HF0123) <br />Requested Action <br />1.0 <br />Approve, by consent, thetransfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for administrative <br />and staff servicesper contract requirements forJanuary,February, and March2013. <br />Background <br />2.0 <br />2.1The Contract for Administrative Services that was approved by the HRA on January 15, <br />2013is for a total of $30,345.The fee is prorated monthly with a quarterly transfer of <br />funds after approval by the HRA. The total quarterly fee is $7,586.25.The fee is <br />transferred from the HRA Fund to the Community DevelopmentFund. <br />2.2The Contract for Housing Program Manager Services is for a total of $102,905for 2013 <br />as approved by the HRA on January 15, 2013. The fee is prorated monthly with a <br />quarterlytransfer of funds after approval by the HRA. The total quarterlyfee is <br />$25,726.25. The fee is transferred from the HRA Fund to the Community Development <br />Fund of the City. <br />2.3The Contract for HRA Executive Director Services is for a total of $21,063for 2013as <br />approved by the HRA on January 15, 2013. The fee is prorated monthly with a quarterly <br />transfer of funds after approval by the HRA. The total quarterly fee is $5,265.78.
