REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Date:4-16-13 <br />Item No: 6 c. <br />DirectorApproval:Agenda Section: <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description:Approval of financial service fee transfer of funds for <br />January, February, and March2013(HF0123) <br />Requested Action <br />1.0 <br />Approve, by consent, thetransfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for financial service <br />per contract requirements for January,February, and March2013. <br />Background <br />2.0 <br />2.1The Contract for Financial Services is for a total of $8,727or 5% of the HRA total <br />administrative Budget for 2013of $103,241. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer <br />of funds quarterly after approval by the HRA.
