<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 8, 1999, at 6:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, and Goedeke, and the following <br />were absent: Wall. <br /> <br />Councilmember Masehka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9629 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT P-99-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 19 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City ofRoseville adopted January 25, 1999, <br />fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-99-02, Neighborhood 19, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br />held a public hearing on February 8, 1999, to consider the proposed construction of Project <br />P-99-02, Neighborhood 19 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br />gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that <br />property abutting: <br /> <br />P-99-02-19 <br /> <br />Woodlynn Avenue, S. Owasso Boulevard to Farrington Ct. <br />Farrington Ct. cul-de-sac <br /> <br />as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $142,619.39 and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on <br />file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed <br />and that all streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. The City <br />Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and <br />submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. <br />
