EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 8, 1999, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, and Goedeke, and the following were absent: Wall. Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9630 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT P-99-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 22 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City ofRoseville adopted January 25, 1999, fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-99-02, Neighborhood 22, and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given~ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on February 8, 1999, to consider the proposed construction of Project P-99-02, Neighborhood 22 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting: P-99-02-22 Woodbridge Street, South Owasso Blvd. to Woodlynn Avenue Woodlynn Avenue, Rice Street to cul-de-sac as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $212,791.25 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager~ at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that all streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. The City Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement.
